Halloween Behavior Chart

This holiday behavior chart will help you keep track of different activities your son, daughter, or student does during the day. The behavior chart has a spot for the child’s name, the date, and then it says: “Mark each activity completed!”

It’s not necessary that every line be filled with an activity in order for the child to earn the reward. Just determine ahead of time how many activities need to be checked off in order for the child to get the reward and then put an X through any unused lines.

At the end, let them color the Halloween picture on the behavior chart!
