"Dear Miss Mona, I've been struggling for a long time with my very strong-willed 6-year-old and I was going to try to make my own chart. But had no clue how to! Thanks a million for these awesome charts that I believe will help my son and me to have a better relationship. And if I can start this now, then maybe I can ward off the bad behavior of my almost-2-year-old, who's learning a lot of bad habits from his older brother. I already feel like we're headed in the right direction! THANK YOU SOOOOOO MUCH!"

This site has free behavior charts and printable chore charts to help you bring more peace, respect, and cooperation into your home or classroom. These behavior charts will help you support children who have behavior problems, learning disabilities, ADD/ADHD, or difficulty completing assignments, homework, or chores.
The behavior charts can also be successfully used by daycare providers, counselors, summer camp coordinators, youth program managers, YMCA program instructors, and by any organization that supports children.
When kids use these behavior charts regularly, they can grow to be proud of themselves in ways that were previously out of reach. Proper use of our behavior charts can actually help boost children's self-esteem, give them a sense of age-appropriate responsibility, and can help them find success in areas where they used to struggle - all while learning important and valuable life skills.
Behavior modification, though it sounds scientific, is actually a very simple concept. It involves moving away from inappropriate or negative behaviors, and toward appropriate and positive behaviors. In other words, getting less of what you don't like by focusing on more of what you do like. It's not about discipline. It's about appreciating the kids in your life when they're feeling good about what they do.
An effective approach to encouraging children to do their best is with incentive or behavior charts (also known as behavior modification charts). These behavior charts give them a concrete way to track the progress they're making and help inspire and support the behavior transition.
Welcome to FreeBehaviorCharts.com!
Hi, I'm Miss Mona and I'm here because I've seen firsthand how quality behavior charts can transform the lives of children.
When I first started teaching, I would have loved a site that offered free printable chore charts and behavior charts. Since I didn't find a site like that, I created my own behavior charts - and they really helped!
Let's face it. If every child were finding success with what we wanted them to do, in the exact way that we wanted them to do it and when we wanted them to do it, there wouldn't be a need for printable chore charts or free behavior charts.
But the reality is that many kids struggle with following directions, keeping up with their chores and school work, and taking responsibility for their actions. For these children, and the adults who live and work with them, behavior charts can mean the difference between a child who is upset and struggling and a child who is happy and finding success.
So relax and explore the site. You'll learn more about how using a simple behavior chart can make a difference in your life and in the lives of the children close to you. You'll also find great resources to help you deal with the behavior issues that you're struggling with the most.
